Refund policy

1. Standard Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your standard return rights above, Nordic Freezz offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all first-time purchases. This is our commercial promise that if you apply Nordic Freezz correctly and do not see the expected results, we will refund your full order, including your original delivery costs, and provide a prepaid returns label at no cost to you.

Note: unlike standard returns, the Money-Back Guarantee accepts partially used bottles. You do not need to return an unused product to qualify under this route.

Eligibility

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to first-time purchases only, with one claim permitted per customer and per household. It is not available on repeat or subsequent orders.

How to Make a Claim

Send an email to info@nordicfreezz.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Your email must:

          Be sent from the email address used when placing your order

          Include your order number in the subject line or body of the email

          Include photo or video evidence showing that the water-beading effect is absent on the treated surface

 

Upon receiving your claim, we will review your evidence and respond within 4 business days. If your claim is approved, we will send you a prepaid returns label by email. Please return the bottle with any remaining product inside. Once we have received the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Application Requirements

To be eligible for the guarantee, the product must have been applied correctly as follows:

          The surface must have been clean, cool, and completely dry prior to application

          A fine, even mist of Nordic Freezz must have been applied to the surface

          The product must have been wiped off immediately using a clean, dry, high-quality microfibre cloth

 

The guarantee is void if the product was applied to a surface not listed on the product label. Compatible surfaces include glass, chrome, ceramic, and acrylic bathroom surfaces. Please refer to the label for the full list.

What We Refund

We will refund the full amount paid for your order, including any original delivery charges, to your original payment method. Return postage is covered by us via the prepaid label provided, you will not be asked to pay to return the product.

What is Not Covered by the Guarantee

          Subsequent purchases after the first order

          Claims made after 30 days from the date of purchase

          Products applied to surfaces not listed on the product label

          Purchases made through third-party retailers

 

Nothing in this guarantee affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights remain unaffected at all times.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

All approved refunds under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card or account, or in the form of store credit, unless you expressly agree to this.
