Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Time

All orders are delivered within 1–3 working days from the time of purcahse. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Fee

We charge a shipping rate indicated on your checkout page on all orders. Please note that we do not offer free or express delivery at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey to your door.

Delays

In the rare event of unexpected delays (due to courier issues, weather, or other disruptions), we’ll update you via email or display a notice on our website.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, please email us a clear photo of the packaging and contents. Once received and reviewed, we’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

  • If the courier informs us that your parcel has been lost or damaged in transit, we will automatically send a replacement at no additional cost.
